A public treasury pays builders.
A public formula ranks them.
No fee to submit, no fee to be funded. The scoring formula and every payout are published and reproducible from raw on-chain data — by anyone, at any time.
From on-chain activity to a funded grant
Treasury grows
Contributions and PumpFun creator fees accumulate in a public Solana vault, visible to anyone.
Builders submit programs
Connect a wallet and submit your program ID, project name, and a short description. Submitting is always free.
Eligible submissions are scored
When a cycle closes, eligible submissions are ranked by a published, deterministic formula over real on-chain activity.
Grants are paid, proof published
Top-ranked projects are paid directly from the vault, in two tranches, with every payout published and reproducible.
Cycle #1 is open
Open for submissions until 2026-09-09 07:10:51.378Z. Every eligible submission is scored by the same published formula, and results are published the moment the cycle closes.

Giving that anyone can verify, not just trust.
Grantr runs on a public Solana treasury — funded by direct contributions and disclosed PumpFun creator fees — to help builders ship real, on-chain programs. Submissions, scores, and payouts are published and reproducible from raw data. There is no fee to submit, no fee to be funded, and no fee to contribute — and no monetization of any kind that touches a user, ever.
