Is there a fee?
No. There is no fee to submit, no fee to be funded, and no fee to contribute — and there is no fee to any of these ever planned. Grantr takes no cut of any grant or contribution, runs no subscription or premium tier, and sells no paid placement.
Does Grantr have a token?
Yes, disclosed here rather than left implicit: Grantr's project coin is deployed via PumpFun, with this project's public vault set as the coin's creator. Creator fees the PumpFun protocol pays to that vault are swept into the same publicly-tracked treasury that funds grants, and are shown live on /transparency as their own line item — separate from, and in addition to, the SOL treasury balance, never mixed into one number. This does not change any promise above: submitting, being funded, and contributing are still free, forever, and Grantr still takes no cut of a grant or a contribution. Holding or trading the coin is not required to submit a project, and grants are never paid in it.
What data do you collect from a submitter?
Exactly four things: your wallet, the program ID, a project name, and a short description. Nothing else, ever.
How do I verify the treasury independently?
/transparency shows the live vault balance, the live PumpFun creator-fee
figure, the multisig address, and every cycle's on-chain anchor signatures. Run node tools/verify/verify.mjs <cycle> to recompute a published cycle's ranking from raw snapshots and compare it against what was
published — the same code path the worker itself uses to score.
Can Grantr move my funds?
No. Grantr holds no Squads key and cannot move funds. Wallet connect is used only to sign a message — a submission attestation, or nothing at all if you contribute by sending a transfer yourself. It is never used to approve a transfer on your behalf.

How is my score calculated?
Each eligible submission's on-chain activity (transaction throughput, independent wallets, program-controlled value, program age) is normalised against bounds published before the cycle opens, weighted, and summed into a single score:

+ wPcv·norm(medianPcv) + wAge·min(ageDays, 90) / 90norm is a winsorised log scale against bounds published in advance (5th/95th
percentile of the previous cycle's eligible pool, or a bootstrap survey for cycle 1) — this
keeps one outlier submission from compressing everyone else's score. Weights always sum to
1. Ties are broken first by earlier submission time, then by lexicographically smaller
program ID. All amounts are computed and stored as integer lamports; the published score is
rounded half-up to 6 decimal places. Ranking is fully mechanical — no manual review changes
a rank once eligibility is decided.

# Grantr rules — v2026-08-10-r2 ## What this is Grantr distributes builder grants from a public Solana treasury to submitted programs, ranked by a published, deterministic scoring formula computed over on-chain activity. No lottery, no human favouritism in the ranking step. ## Cadence Each cycle runs for a fixed window (default 14 days) between `opens_at` and `closes_at` on the cycle record. Submissions are accepted for the whole window; activity is measured forward from the moment a submission is marked eligible until the cycle closes. ## Eligibility A submission is eligible only if all of the following hold: 1. The program account exists on-chain and is executable (genuine deployed code — not just an address). 2. The submitting wallet is either the program's on-chain upgrade authority, or — for immutable programs — has published a Memo transaction containing the exact submission nonce from a wallet named in the project's own public repository. 3. The submitting wallet does not match the sanctions (SDN) screening list. ## Scoring `final_score = wThroughput·norm(throughput) + wWallets·norm(wallets) + wPcv·norm(medianPcv) + wAge·min(ageDays,90)/90`, where `norm` is a winsorised log scale against bounds published *before* the cycle opens. Weights always sum to 1. Ties are broken first by earlier submission time, then by lexicographically smaller program ID. All amounts are computed and stored as integer lamports; the published score is rounded half-up to 6 decimal places. ## Enumeration cap Any metric that walks accounts or transactions is capped at 50,000 items. A capped metric is shown publicly as "≥ 50,000", never silently truncated without a label. ## Payout SLA and shortfalls Grants are paid manually from the published Squads multisig, in two tranches (half at cycle close, the remainder at the next cycle boundary if the project is still active). If the pool is short of what the published tiers would pay in full, lower ranks simply go unfunded for that cycle — amounts are never reduced pro-rata without saying so. A grant recipient disqualified after publication is replaced by the next unfunded rank from the same frozen ranking, and the disqualified grant's record stays visible with its rejection reason. ## No monetization to users, ever Grantr charges no fee to submit, no fee to be funded, and no fee to contribute. Wallet connect is used only to sign messages (a submission attestation or a contribution memo) — it is never used to authorise a transfer. 100% of a contribution reaches the published vault address, since no code path in this app intercepts or splits it. ## PumpFun coin and creator fees Grantr's public vault is set as the creator on a coin deployed via PumpFun. Creator fees the PumpFun protocol pays to that vault are an additional, disclosed funding source for grants — read directly from on-chain creator-fee vaults (never custodied or routed through this app) and shown live on /transparency as their own line item, separate from the SOL treasury balance. This does not change any promise above: submitting, being funded, and contributing remain free, and grants are never paid in the coin.
No monetization to users, ever
This is a structural commitment, not just a policy: the build includes an automated check that fails if disallowed monetization patterns (platform fees, revenue share, subscriptions, paywalls, ad code, etc.) appear anywhere in the source. The PumpFun creator-fee mechanism above is the one disclosed, on-chain-verifiable exception to "no token" as originally stated — it funds grants, it doesn't charge anyone.
